Committed to inspiring young artists, The Chainsmokers wanted to use their platform to fuel socially driven conversations and community around creativity and individuality. With Lauren’s background in the fashion industry and shared passion for bringing people together to create positive change, the duo sought her out to partner with them for their new venture. This led to the creation of the clothing  line, Our Thing by The Chainsmokers.

 

Leading this project from ideation through execution, Lauren employed a team to help build out an unapologetic line of graphic tees, jackets, knitwear, and accessories. Lauren also developed the brand’s social channels, creating engaging and interactive content, posing questions and discussion topics to fans and followers. The name “OUR THING” stems from the notion that everyone has their “thing” that makes them unique. The iconic smiley face logo with a middle finger represents Our Thing's vision as a celebration of rebellion, individuality and community.
